Bronchial Asthma Treatment - Natural Cure - Natural Cures for Bronchitis, Colds & Coughs

Are you looking for a natural cure for bronchitis, coughs & colds? Well, I am going to tell you what worked for me. About 13 years ago, I had a horrible case of bronchitis. I never believed in natural cures back then so I went to the doctor... and then back to the doctor... and then back to the doctor because it never went away. For 3 months, I had this horrific cough that was making me nuts. The doctor put me on antibiotic after antibiotic and then he put me on steroids. I was only about 28 years old... way too young for all of that.

She Told Me to Do 2 Things..

1. to start drinking fresh carrot juice and 2. to go buy "homeopathic cold pills" from my local health store. In the back of my mind, I still thought this was crazy but I did it anyway. I went to the local health store for a few days and bought carrot juice and I bought the "cold pills" as well.

But Please Don't Spend a Lot of Money on Homeopathic Cold Pills, Though..

Or any vitamins for that matter. I have bought homeopathic cold pills as well as other vitamins at my local health stores and spent way too much on them... for way too long. You can buy them for a lot cheaper online. Developing a gradual interest in Bronchitis was the basis for writing this article. On reading this, you will gradually get interested in Bronchitis.

Since then, I have gotten married and had a child so I have been limited on time and the last thing I feel like doing at the end of the day is cleaning up a juicer... so I have stuck with the homeopathic cold pills as well as chewable Esther Vitamin C. They both work really well to stop bronchitis, coughs and colds naturally. And again, I have never had a problem like I did 12 years ago. We tried to create as much matter for your understanding when writing on Bronchitis Coughs. We do hope that the matter provided here is sufficient to you.

  • Well, I am happy to say, I am 41 now (ok, that's not the good news.. ha, ha) and I haven't had a case of bronchitis since then.
  • Nor have I hardly had a cold... and when I do have one, it is always a short version because I now know how to cure it naturally.

Ok, I Will Continue With My Story

So I had had it at this point. I was talking on the phone at work to some stranger and she couldn't help but comment on my chronic cough. I had told her I had bronchitis for 3 months and she told me exactly what to do. Had it been 3 months earlier, I would have thought she was nuts but at this point, I was willing to try anything. I had been sick way too long. :D.

Had a Very Bad Bout of Bronchitis Years Ago, Which Led to a Chronic Asthma Condition

I lost 2 stone in weight over a 2 month period and I had little idea of how to deal with the debilitating illness...I was frequently struggling to be able to breathe. It's not something I would like to go through again, but it took me the best part of two years to get to grips with the condition.

Through experience and from reading many health books I now know why my colds developed into bronchitis. I know it's a damn nuisance but we cannot avoid colds. However, we can make life much easier for ourselves. What we have written here about Bronchitis can be considered to be a unique composition on Bronchitis. Let's hope you appreciate it being unique.

Bronchitis is an inflammation of the bronchi (lung airways), resulting in persistent cough that produces consideration quantities of sputum (phlegm). Bronchitis is more common in smokers and in areas with high atmospheric pollution. Chronic bronchitis is a disease in which there is diffused inflammation of the air passages in the lungs, leading to decreased uptake of oxygen by the lungs and increased mucus production. ;)

Types of Asthma: Exercise Induced, Allergic, Occupational, and Nocturnal

Bronchitis occurs when the lining of your bronchial tract becomes infected, usually developing from a cold or flu or allergies. Then your bronchial tubes become swollen and start producing mucus. The mucus causes (difficulty in breathing,) wheezing and a nasty cough.

Asthma is a chronic disease, which involves inflammation of the airway superimposed with recurrent episodes of limited airflow (difficulty in breathing), mucus production, cough and wheezing.

Bronchitis is a Very Common Respiratory Disease

It can accompany flu or cold and it occurs in people of all ages. Smokers and people with weak immune system are very exposed to developing chronic bronchitis and in some cases asthmatic bronchitis. Smoking is considered to be a serious factor of risk in the development of bronchitis and it can lead to complications such as pneumonia.

Bronchitis isn't caused by bacterial infections, the aim of medical treatments is to unblock the obstructed airways of the respiratory tract. Bronchitis causes inflammation of the mucous membrane, bronchial tubes and other organs and tissues involved in the process of breathing. When these fragile respiratory organs become inflamed and irritated, they produce excess mucus, in an attempt to protect themselves from external agents (dust particles, irritants). This excess of mucus clogs the airways and obstructs the access of air to the lungs, causing difficulty breathing, wheezing and cough. Medical treatments often include inhaled medicines which help unblock the airways of the respiratory tract. Such medicines are called bronchodilators and are mostly used in chronic bronchitis and asthmatic bronchitis. People have an inclination of bragging on the knowledge they have on any particular project. However, we don't want to brag on what we know on Bronchitis Asthmatic, so long as it proves useful to you, we are happy.

  • Bronchitis needs appropriate treatment in order to be fully overcome.
  • If you experience difficulty breathing or persistent cough, it is advised to seek medical help.
  • Left untreated, bronchitis can aggravate and lead to serious complications.

Bronchitis generates symptoms such as cough, excess production of mucus, shortness of breath, chest pain, soreness and discomfort, wheezing, headache and fever. The presence of fever can point to bacterial infections and possible complications. Bronchitis is difficult to diagnose, considering the fact that its symptoms are also common to many other respiratory conditions (asthma, sinusitis). However, careful physical examinations and laboratory analyses can reveal the presence of bronchitis in most patients. Bronchitis is one of the most common respiratory illnesses among chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD). Despite its high incidence in people with respiratory conditions, bronchitis is often misdiagnosed. A clinical examination of patients with bronchitis is sometimes insufficient in revealing the actual cause of illness. Bronchitis is often misdiagnosed and confused with asthma, sinusitis or allergies. You will learn the gravity of Bronchitis once you are through reading this matter. Bronchitis are very important, so learn its importance.

An Ounce of Puffing Pleasure can Actually Cost You Your Life

This is what is at stake for every cigarette you smoke. There are thousands of harmful chemicals that make up the cigarette many people smoke and patronize in this time and age. The fatal effects of smoking are already getting harder and harder to ignore.

The fatal effects of smoking does not just happen to humans, but also extends to animals and plants which are part of the environment of the smoking person. Oxygen is usually polluted and snatched from the atmosphere where tobacco smoke is prevalent, making it harder for plants and animals to thrive in a healthy manner, especially in urban areas where they are already forced to make do with a polluted environment brought by other factors such as smoke coming from cars and industrial processes. Using the intuition I had on Bronchitis, I thought that writing this article would indeed be worth the trouble. Most of the relevant information on Bronchitis has been included here.

Another thing that can be considered as part of the fatal effects of smoking is the damage it can do to other aspects of your life. For one thing, smoking causes a debilitating dependency on the substance which will enslave you into patronizing the product at the expense of your own well-being. Smoking as habit can consume you to the point where you will no longer have concern about other people's welfare and how your smoking will affect other people and the environment you are living in. :)

The tobacco in smoke cancer, specifically the tar, which congests your lungs and keeps it from functioning properly, causes. Cancer is the most fatal of all fatal effects of smoking, since it not only causes death but it is also something with which you will suffer tremendously in almost every conceivable aspect. An idle brain, is a devil's workshop they say. Using this ideology in mind, we ventured to write on Ear Infections Bronchitis, so that something productive would be achieved of our minds.

Smoking Also Causes You to Have Less Oxygen Than What You Actually Need

Your body will suddenly be deprived of its much-needed oxygen supply, making everything swollen within and unable to function normally. Almost all organs of the body will be forced to work harder and will be more likely to burn out sooner. The illnesses such as emphysema, bronchitis and heart disease, among many others, are part of the fatal effects of smoking which accumulate over time. Most of these conditions are irreversible even long after you have decided to quit smoking. Writing something about Bronchitis seemed to be something illogical in the beginning. However, with the progress of matter, it seemed logical. Matter just started pouring in, to give you this finished product.

Is Not Just the Smoker Who Receives the Brunt of the Fatal Effects of Smoking to the Body

Indirect recipients are also at a great risk. Middle ear infections, bronchitis, infant death and pneumonia are just some of the fatal effects of smoking to passive smokers, or those who are not doing the smoking but are exposed to it on a regular basis. ;)

Allergic bronchitis is a type of asthma, which causes the obstruction of the airways when the bronchi or the air passages of the lungs become filled up with mucous during an asthma attack. Respiratory illnesses have significant effects on the lives of millions of people. It can be acute, when it is a short term illness and easily treatable. In allergic bronchitis, both asthma symptoms and allergies are present which can cause hay fever and allergic rhinitis. By far, the majority of cases of bronchitis stem from viral infections.

Treatment of mild to moderate types includes, taking anti-histamine medications and avoiding allergens that can stimulate the allergy. It may also be treated with antihistamine medications to reduce the allergic reaction. Consulting your doctor is also important. They usually conduct an examination or skin test where in allergens are inserted beneath the skin that will identify specific allergens that cause allergic bronchitis. Your doctor may also recommend you to an allergist, who specializes in this condition and can give you more advice in preventing the occurrence of it. This can be cured after 25-35 days of treatment.

There are some cases that a person can be so sensitive to allergens that blocked airways caused by severe swelling of the tissue in the airway can cause hospitalization or death and this is considered as a dangerous situation that needs immediate medical assistance. But fortunately in most cases allergic bronchitis is considered as a mild to moderate condition. Awareness of this particular condition is important. It is rather interesting to note that people like reading about Bronchitis Caused if they are presented in an easy and clear way. The presentation of an article too is important for one to entice people to read it!

Symptoms of it may include runny nose, shortness of breath, red or swollen eyes, rashes, hyperventilation, tickling in throat, constant sneezing, tight chest, headache, nausea, coughing, and other allergy symptoms. This type of bronchitis is often worse at night. Chronic bronchitis is characterized by a persistent dry cough without other symptoms. It is always better to have compositions with as little corrections in it as possible. This is why we have written this composition on Allergic Bronchitis with no corrections for the reader to be more interested in reading it.

Allergic bronchitis is manageable, however if you have this illness you must also be aware that it can be dangerous at times. It is important that you know how to deal with it whenever you are exposed to unexpected allergen, like taking medications with you at all times in case of emergency. The presentation of an article on Bronchitis plays an important role in getting the reader interested in reading it. This is the reason for this presentation, which has gotten you interested in reading it!

Allergic asthma also known as allergic bronchitis is different from non-allergic bronchitis, which is often linked to a severe cold or flu. This condition is triggered when the overly active immune system identifies harmless substances as dangerous and then releases antibodies to attack them as they enter the body. Most allergic bronchitis is mainly caused by an exposure to allergens, while there are conditions that can be considered as a non-allergic bronchitis which is caused by a virus or bacteria. Do not judge a book by its cover; so don't just scan through this matter on Bronchitis. read it thoroughly to judge its value and importance.

Alternative medicine offers many safe, natural, and easy ways to help you combat fatigue and achieve optimal good health. Licorice is used primarily to treat stomach ulcers and bronchitis, but it is also used as a soothing agent.'Recent studies suggest that licorice may prevent the spread of cancer cells in patients with breast cancer.

Ligusticum porteri, also known as osha, is most often used to treat cold symptoms.'It has a soothing effect on the throat and also alleviates indigestion.'When fatigue starts to wear on the immune system, common cold and flu viruses have a better chance of attacking the body, but supplements like ligusticum porter can help prevent this breakdown from occurring. Along with lowering blood pressure and increasing endurance, astragalus is used in chemotherapy patients to fight symptoms of immune deficiency.'In people with severe heart disease, astragalus may have antioxidant benefits.'Traditionally, astragalus is recommended for patients with chronic infections or cold symptoms. We do hope that you find the information here something worth recommending others to read and think about once you complete reading all there is about Bronchitis.

German Chamomile belongs to the same family as echinacea, and it provides many of the same benefits.'Chamomile is generally used to treat upset stomach and upper respiratory infections, but it has been used to treat a variety of other conditions as well.'Importantly, chamomile is traditionally used to treat insomnia, menstrual cramps, and tension.'Chamomile can thus help to relieve some of the anxieties of fatigue. Looking for something logical on Bronchitis, we stumbled on the information provided here. Look out for anything illogical here.

The following herbs may be combined with a multivitamin for fatigue relief:'goldenseal root, echinacea, shiitake mushrooms, German chamomile, burdock root, licorice, ligusticum, astragalus, and lomatium. What we have written here about Bronchitis can be considered to be a unique composition on Bronchitis. Let's hope you appreciate it being unique.

Shiitake mushrooms are used as a treatment for hepatitis B, HIV, and stomach cancers, among other conditions.'The key compound of Shiitake mushrooms is called lentinan.'Lentinan helps the immune system by activating the body's T cells, white blood cells produced by the Thymus and essential to the immune response.'Combined with raw Thymus concentrate, these two ingredients provide healthy assistance to the immune system. So after reading what we have mentioned here on Bronchitis, it is up to you to provide your verdict as to what exactly it is that you find fascinating here. :D.

Goldenseal root is often combined with echinacea to boost the immune system.'The active component of goldenseal is berberine, a substance which fights infections and which is used in Chinese herbal medicine to treat upset stomach and diarrhea.'By assisting the body in digestion and immune response, goldenseal, combined with echinacea, helps relieve the immune system's weakness as a result of fatigue.

Lomatium dissectum is an herbal remedy shown to have some effect on a variety of viral and bacterial infections, including Hepatitis C, influenza, AIDS, HIV, chronic fatigue, bronchitis, sinusitis, and colds.

A well-formulated multivitamin is the best way to start.'Multivitamins can fill in the gaps where your diet does not necessarily provide you with adequate amounts of every nutrient you need.'For healthy adults, a good multivitamin can be the perfect complement to a normal diet.'In addition, a multivitamin provides extra amounts of nutrients like vitamin B, which is difficult for the body to maintain, and lycopene, which is important for prostate health. There are universal applications on Bronchitis everywhere. However, it is up to us to decide the way used for these applications to get the best results from them. :)

For those experiencing fatigue in their daily lives, however, a simple multivitamin may not be enough.'Herbal supplements may help'boost 'the immune system, improve alertness and mental health, and help the body use energy more efficiently. Writing on Bronchitis proved to be a gamble to us. This is because there simply seemed to be nothing to write about in the beginning of writing. It was only in the process of writing did we get more and more to write on Bronchitis.

Ronald P. Smolin is President of the Good Health Group of America LLC. The associate editor Stephen T. Landis is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and a health & nutrition editor for the Good Health Group of America LLC. There are many varieties of Bronchitis found today. However, we have stuck to the description of only one variety to prevent confusion!

The First Thing to Know is What is Bronchitis

When the airways become swollen or irritated, you have acute bronchitis. This condition, bronchitis almost always causes coughing and a few other respiratory problems. People mostly refer to bronchitis as a chest cold. This condition is most frequent in the winter time. Because this season is mostly known for colds or for the flue, this is the reason why acute bronchitis is common in the winter. Bronchitis first start when at first you have had an upper respiratory problem. Children are more at risk of developing acute bronchitis than adults are. The illness, either flu or the cold starts to spread from the nose and your throat to the airways, thus causing bronchitis. Acute bronchitis is not a very serious illness, unlike chronic bronchitis. The maximum period that acetyl cysteine (nac) a cure? bronchitis is about two weeks and the minimum is as less as five days. However, short the period of time that you can have bronchitis, coughing, which is the trade mark for.

Your child is also more at risk of developing acute bronchitis, if she/ he also suffers from other medical problems. The main problems that one can have and thus increase the risk of bronchitis are allergies, asthma, heart problems and recurring problems with tonsils. Children who are born early, premature babies also have an increased risk of developing acute bronchitis. vaccinations against germs may be a helpful way to decrease the risk of developing acute bronchitis, especially in children. Be also very careful not to smoke around the child. Developing a gradual interest in Bronchitis Infection was the basis for writing this article. On reading this, you will gradually get interested in Bronchitis Infection.

Bronchitis can Last Even After the Illness Has Been Cured

The main reason that one develops acute bronchitis is because of an infection. Almost all infections that then lead to acute bronchitis are caused by a virus. Acute bronchitis can also be caused by bacteria or a fungus, but these are very rare cases causes of bronchial infections. Furthermore, you can also develop acute bronchitis if you are exposed daily to chemicals that get into your body through air. Smoke, dust or vapors can also cause acute bronchitis. If you live in an area that is polluted, the risk of developing acute bronchitis is higher and you are also more at risk of recurrence of bronchitis. There is also another problem if the child or person lives around people that smoke, his/ her chances of developing acute bronchitis are much higher.
